I love this dress. Fits perfect and is exactly what I wanted. I was worried about ordering online but it was a great experience. I received an email back regarding all questions in a timely manner. I would recommend BJ's bridal to anyone wanting a perfect wedding dress at an affordable price. Thank you all so much for making my day PERFECT!

I ordered a dress in January, BJs contacted me through email 21 days later asking when my event was. They told me that my dress would arrive 7 days after my event was to take place! Since that contact in late March they have cancelled my order but didn't refund me. When I questioned it they sent me a new tracking number. With the new tracking number there has been no movement of said package from the warehouse in over 30 days. I have questioned it and have received no response to my last 3 emails!

I ordered a dress in January, BJs contacted me through email 21 days later asking when my event was. They told me that my dress would arrive 7 days after my event was to take place! I ordered a dress for my little girl for my wedding the end of April. They sent me an email saying they shipped the item on May 6, I have still never received the item and I have tried to email them numerous times and they will not respond to me at all. Do not buy anything from this company! They are a scam and will take your money and you will never receive the item!

I ordered my dress a couple weeks before March and the big coronavirus shut down. BJsBridal had said that there would be some small delays due to the coronavirus shut down. In July they had said the dress I ordered finally shipped. It is now the start of September and I needed the dress by the end of august. According to the tracking website the dress is still in china. I asked for a full refund since my event had already happened.

This companies customer service is a serious joke. No clue where my dress is and literally can't get a hold of anyone ever. I've been trying to get in contact with the company for three weeks with no luck. Still no clue if I'm actually going to receive my dress or not since I can't get anyone to answer me back and can't ask for a refund for the same reason. Don't waist your money here.

I paid for shipping so dress could arrive on time. It didn't happen. I ended up having to buy another dress. Communication is terrible. If your waiting on a response give it a couple weeks, and don't expect it to answer your questions. I hated the dress anyways. I'm not even going to bother for a refund. I took it to Goodwill.

I ordered a dress for my niece's wedding on April 22nd. I understand shipments have been delayed due to COVID; however, tracking shows it shipped from China May 28th. I still don't have it. I've e-mailed several times with no response. So frustrated and disappointed.

Is this company a scam?

I ordered a dress from BJs Bridal and received the wrong color along with counterfeit fabric. The company placed a photo of the correct color my order should be but still sent me the wrong color. The dress is also counterfeit. The Fabric listed is Chiffon but he dress I received is not chiffon. It is, instead, a poor, low quality material that does not resemble chiffon.
The company's website states that a customer must reach out to *******@bjsbridal.com to request a refund. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to the company for a refund but have received no replies to my requests.
Numerous reviewers have noted that they have been scammed by this company. Avoid this company at all costs and use a trusted company such as Azazie or David's Bridal.

Tip for consumers:
The only way to initiate a return is to contact customer service at *******@bjsbridal.com. They did not respond to any of my email requests.

Bridesmaid dress (unused).

I paid over $120 for a dress that I never got. I reached out via email (since there is no phone number) on 4 separate occasions and never got any reply from them in return. The event that I needed the dress for passed 3 weeks ago so now it's not needed at all.

I read some of the other reviews hoping they were wrong and ordered a product anyways. I should have listened to all of the bad ones instead of the good ones. In two weeks I have tried to contact them with 5 emails! No response back! Terrible way to treat customers in hopes to make future sales. Absolutely rediculous!

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY! Close your web browser and pick another company. My dress took 5 months to get here and it was after the date I needed it. I had to buy another dress. After emails back and forth being told they were refunding my money they never did! Instead they sent me any olive green dress they had in my size. They didn't even send me the dress I paid for. Worst company ever! Seriously this company can $#*! right on off! LIARS LIARS LIARS!

Hello, Ive been waiting over 5 weeks for my dress. I've sent numerous emails and no response. Am getting very worried about not getting my dress on time. This could honestly ruin my special wedding day! Please give me some information, and don't be vague either. I need really info on my dress, I ordered it the 2nd week of june and was told it be here by july 10th! And when i track it, The tracking just says processed? What does that even mean? There's no current updates all. And am honestly getting worried because i've read many reviews over 50 of them and they were ALL BAD! Please reach out to me.

I ordered a flower girl dress from them at the beginning of February, paid for rush shipping. It is April 7, still no dress, and our wedding was April 3! I have emailed the company about five times, with responses only after the first two. I was promised a refund 20 business days ago and I still haven't received it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely gorgeous Thankyou so very much, colour wise I would call it Turquoise and not Teal, packaging personally for this type of dress I would send it flat pack and covered not folded up in a plastic courier bag. Once again Thankyou for a stunning dress.

I ordered a wedding dress in April 2019. Was told the delivery would be in 30 days. Sent many emails. Never received tracking number. Never received the dress in time for my July 2019 wedding. Luckily I saved my email correspondence and sent the information to my credit card company. I received my refund and I found a dress locally even more beautiful than the one I had ordered from BJs Bridal. What a scam company! Shame on you for deceiving people and making false promises you cannot honor!

I ordered a dress in April and was told it would be delivered in two weeks, 4 days before the wedding, the dress was returned to the sender without any explanation. After contacting them multiple times and talking to UPS apparently the dress was sent back to the sender because of an insufficient address. After checking and showing that the return was not my fault the promised to give me a full refund for the dress. It has been almost 6 months and I have still not received a refund nor will anyone respond to me. Never order from this place, they are a joke. Out of the 8 bridesmaids that were in the wedding 2 of them got there dresses and the other 6 of us are still trying to get refunds for the dresses we never received.

I brought a dress in March for a function i was attending, first of all they will communicate with you when you order and get your money. When you go to return it; it takes over months to get your refund which I'm still waiting for. I will be putting a fraud claim against this company with my bank. Warning: don't buy from this place you will regret it. I just wanted to warn everyone!

I sent an e-mail before even purchasing the dress to make sure I could return should the bride not like the actual dress and was told I could even if I got a custom size. Order the dress its sewn wrong and beads look like they are going to fall off... bride doesn't like the dress its not quite what she had in mind... They take FOREVER to respond to the email and then tell me I can't return the dress because they can't resell it!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding on 09/24 and paid extra for expedited shipping. It is 10/02 and I have yet to even receive a tracking number. Based upon reviews Im sure I won't get my dress. I go out of town for the wedding on 10/09 and the dress according to the expedited shipping should come between 6 and 8 days which means by 10/04 and that's excluding Saturday and Sunday. When I look my order up online it says it doesn't even exist! I attempted to email the company to inquire about my tracking number and no response! $#*!ty service! Good thing I order through Paypal I'm tagging this no good company as fraud if I don't have my dress by 10/05.

I purchased a dress through Bj's Bridal on 5/4/2019, took about a month to receive it. The dress smelled like fish, was stiff and poorly made. Tried it on and it did not fit, my daughter tried it on and it was big on her. I did receive the address to return it, extremely complicated instructions on how to return it. I had a tracking # which tells me it left the U.S. and according to them they have not received the package. I had a feeling I would not receive my money back and as of today that seems to be true.
Do not risk purchasing from this place. You will loose money.

This company is a joke I ordered a dress on 4/3/2019 and emailed the company 4 times never received a response until the 4th time to be told they ran out of fabric and if I wish to proceed with the order I must pay an extra $20 because the price of the dress has now went up, only to go on the website and see the dress listed for the same price I paid. I then emailed them again and still haven't heard anything back! Now I have no money back, no dress and no responses. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR BUSINESS
