This is not a genuine company. I was fortunate not to have lost my life's worth of savings to them, as i made sure i reported them. Stay away from them, they are thieves.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. They are one big scam. I've been trying to withdraw money from my account since January and every time they have another excuse…. I have lost lots one money with them …. Others should know to stay away from them in the fist place

This is a great site to invest in. I have made very good profits on it. I hope to add more ways to invest

Try to the withdrawal and it keeps saying that is under review which makes no sense why would it be under review if cryptocurrency usually transfers within a matter of minutes or seconds good luck getting your money back

Everything was working great. I was accumulating profits fairly quickly. The site is clean and easy to navigate as well. Customer service is helpful most times.
My troubles began when I wanted to withdraw some funds. I was asked to pay a 31% tax from funds outside the account. Ok, done. The company acknowledged receipt, and promised IRS paperwork would be forthcoming. But no. It was not. It never came. Another odd note is that my tax bill was paid using my funds in my account, but the balance was never debited. So they were charging me the penalty interest on funds that were not even there.
I made another withdrawal request.
Again I was denied.
My account was frozen due to "suspicions of money laundering."
I was asked to pay 50% of my account balance from outside my account, as verification of some sort to unlock my account. I had three days to come up with over $17,000. I don't have that kind of cash anywhere. So I asked for an extension and was granted three days if I deposited $10,000 into my account. Which I did. But I could not find enough funds to cover the entire balance. For every day past the deadline they charged me 1% of my entire balance per day. Up to 15 days, then they seize my account and zero my balance. I put in, with a friend, about $20,000 of our own money. And they just take it and you have no recourse.
I will send this review to their customer service and ask for their input. If any is given, I will post it here. I am also following through with Coinbase and Trust Pilot as well.

There is no mining service, which I am most passionate about, but unfortunately Bitzelex does not have this service.

This platform has a very convenient way to trade. I can operate it well as a newbie. And it's easy to withdraw money.

They are big scammer please do not invest your $1 here you will loose your all money by investing here I wasted $15,000 please be aware

Among all the trading platforms, this digital currency trading platform is very good ~ attentive service ~ answers questions quickly ~ good return on goods ~ key is security ~ really good site!
