Set up a test account with a small deposit and a small purchase. Once I went to the withdrawal test, it still said I was disabled. This went on for months, even after a " security verification call". Still disabled to this day. Smart me didn't give them much. Don't trust anything they do or say.

If you open a support ticket, write a support email or write a complaint email, you won't get any response. Yesterday I opened an account with Bitstamp and transfer ACH fund and bought ETH crypto. When I try to withdraw to buy another crypto I could not do it because they put restrictions so I call the company they said i have to go through an interview process and it took one hour with 15 minutes zoom video call interview.
Afterwards I got an email my account is enabled for withdraw and transfer but when I try again I saw same block. I called customer service they told me I have to wait at least 5-7 days before I can withdraw or transfer or buy another crypto.
I m loosing money from ETH but I can not do anything nor I can buy usd to stop losing.
This morning they sent me an email by saying my account is enabled so I can withdraw and transfer but actually not happen.
I do not know what is going on. Very confusing for me. No one tell full information in one time. Not helpful customer service and full team. Very careful to do business with them. Now I do not have any way to escape from them. I got to wait more few days to use my crypto loom like I do not have any choice.

I keep on having log on issues. I had old phone with two factor id. It does not work. When I try to log in, it doesnt work. Customer service said they would look into issue they never got back.
