I was told by customer support that if I give them a 5 star rating, that they will expedited the $2 that I won by spinning the wheel. So I gave them a 5 star, AND NOW ITS 27 HOURS LATER, AND STILL NOTHING! I have talked to 5 different support members, been ignored, been lied to, also been told that "it will be on my game in 15 minutes" like 3 hours ago! Bad business!

So i reach out to a customer representative whom was no help and literally refused to transfer me to another agent or someone in hr, or someone above him because my issue then became the sitatuion in which the customer representative was handling my issue and i simply wanted someone else's help, but the reffusal from the agent made one issue into two issues and after asking several times to allow me to speak to someone about how they are conducting themselves inappropriatly they told me i should just call during their business hours and they didnt see any problem at hand so there for they would not let me speak to a different representative. This has been one of the most unpleasant and insulting experiences, i deposite daily if not 5 or 6 times a week 20-50$ each time... thats about to change quickly... i feel beyond disrespected as a customer and still have my first issue of the deposites i made never becoming funds available in my bitbetwin wallet...

No longer makes withdrawals for me! Their verification code to withdraw is the only communication I cannot receive anymore. They tell me after several several other suggestions to try, I will have to try changing my phone number and maybe I will receive the code then. I get their replies to my emails, their texts to ask for deposit money deals, their email promotions to ask money for deposit as well, but not the email or text with the code needed to complete my request to withdraw. It's been months of their run around. Do not use this site! And when they say we are sorry for your trouble, email us with your information and will help you…that ends in a run around that doesn't get my withdraw verification code either. I receive all emails and texts that promote their site about deposits and all emails responding about my issues but not the text or email with the code I need and they don't have anyone that can give me a code to use only the one that has to be received by text or email that always worked before.
