After I realized I had selected the wrong things for my niece's graduation party early on Sunday morning at 2am (never shop when you are sleep deprived), I thought I would be able to cancel my order since it had not processed yet, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER WEBSITE! HOWEVER, since they are "closed on Sundays" I waited until right after they opened on Monday morning and called immediately to tell them I'd like to change my order. The woman who answered said the order had already been processed... even though they were closed the day before and even though I HAD NOT received an email LIKE EVERY OTHER WEBSITE issues after your order is processed. Furthermore, she said that the items had already been packed and put on the truck for delivery. Again EVEN THOUGH I HAD NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION that my items had been shipped. I was told I could return the package as soon as it arrive and receive a full refund. THREE WEEKS LATER, I HAVE YET TO BE ISSUED A REFUND and in fact was just asked to email them a list of all the items I returned so they could manually issue the credit since they haven't had time to inspect the returned package that they RECEIVED OVER A WEEK AGO!
Needless to say, I think everyone should know how unprofessional and dishonest this company is. STAY AWAY!
I had an easy question about a code not working on my online order. Over the course of 2 days I tried instant chat four times but quit each time once I had waited over 30 minutes for someone to come on the chat. I also tried calling multiple times with the same non-response. I emailed on October 28th and put a negative comment on their Facebook page the next day when I still had no response. I finally gave up on the code and just paid the stupid shipping charge. I got my items in a timely manner but there were missing items and items that were not as described. In fact the invoice enclosed with the order is different from the invoice online! I finally got an email response on November 11th, 15 days after I emailed them. And to add insult to injury, the email was a generic canned response and didn't even attempt to answer the original question! Then today, November 13th, they finally responded to my Facebook comment (2 weeks later). They apologized and told me to PM them if they could help now. Well, I did PM them but I don't have high hopes for any kind of resolution. My kid's birthday is today so it's not like they can replace anything now anyway. I think it's really weird that according to Google, this company is a trusted site and they have all these glowing reviews. However, if you look, there are actually lots and lots of negative reviews on other sites which makes me think Google is sanitizing the reviews. I also noticed the last year they received recognition as an outstanding company was 2013. Perhaps they underwent some kind of corporate restructuring and have a different person running things, accounting for the precipitous drop in customer satisfaction.
