Never got my order after 14 days from dispatch. No reply to e. Mails.
Phoned and told me order was lost in post would not replace without managers authorization asked to speak to him said he was in america.
Had to take up with credit card company to reverse payment.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wondering why no representative has contacted me. I have called numerous times and have left email messages but I have not received a response. My order is lost i have not received it. Will be forced to dispute charge with credit card company

I am one of many guys whose credit card credentials got stolen. After I bought some products from biovea my credit card was used fraudulently. I hadn't used it anywhere else in that period so I'm definitely sure that Biovea is involved. Be extremely cautious! Don't give your credentials to that site!

I placed an order which was dispatched by biovea on 14th November and they told me that it will reach at the given address in 8-15 working days but today is 20th working day and according to them it is still in transit and going to take indefinite time to reach. This is my first experience with biovea and now last as well. Im really very disappointed with this online store!

Pathetic Delivery
May 26, 2015

Ordered products from this site on 30th Apr. But didnt receive the order till date. On 22st May, during followups I got a response that sometimes the products get stolen and hence they are refunding my money. But i haven't received the refund even. These guys are fraudsters. You wont find the name of owner or other company details on internet. Guess they just sit on customers money for months and earn interest.
Horrible experience with the website. I suggest to that one should not even visit their website.

Bad notice of delivery
November 19, 2015

I have only just checked my email for tracking of my parcel C4 watermelon, 9th November 2015.
I am shocked to see that, my parcel has been sitting at KINGS HENRY FOOD & WINE Store from since 11th November 2015!

I had not been given no ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER CARD at my front door by UPS so I wasn't aware of this delivery.

To add even further anger... the UPS tracking online is telling me it is nearing the expiry of delivery 21st November. I just checked to day, wondering where my parcel has gone to. As I was going to email customer service.

So had I not checked just now, my parcel would have been sent back.
Why wasn't I been notified of where my parcel has been sent and where?
Disgusting service. I haven't even picked up my parcel as now inconvenient due to work and I have 2 days to do so!
