We bought property from this company in 2006. My husband paased away before we retired and could build on it so I listed it for sale. After months, I finally received an offer on the property but ran into a problem at closing with the title/deed as it was determined that I did not have a clear title which meant that Billyland did not have clear title/deed to sell it to me. They did finally, after almost 3 months get the title clear and stated that they would purchase back the property from me. The week before their attorney got clear title, my buyers terminated the purchase due to taking so long. Billy land had me send them the contract and termination papers, then the titled got cleared up and they refused to purchase the property back so here I sit on it again.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND. If you've purchased from them you better hire a title company, Matt at Billyland told me this was the second one like this he was working on.

Thank god we did just build on it and found this out 30 years later and couldn't fix it.
