Fairly easy to find the right product. The check-out was flawed. It didn't go to the next page during check-out until I emailed myself the page, which I did about 4 tries later.

I called with questions before I ordered and was pleased with the person I talked too. 1st time that I have used "checkout with Amazon". Did not know that there was such a thing. The only problem that I had was the battery was out of stock and on back order. It would be nice if this would have been posted on the website as "out of stock". But everything worked out after waiting a few extra weeks for the battery. The next time I order a battery, I will call the order by phone instead of online.

The person on the phone was very helpful. It would be better if the pic in the ad showed both sides of the battery. Now if the battery holds up as advertised i will be delighted. Ask me again how I like you in 18 months.
