Presented a print out from their website for a 48 x 72 cork board with oak edging. Two young people went to the back and came out with two cork boards with thin aluminum edging. I wanted the one for $50 on the website and they said they only had the one for $40. One had a big chunk out of its face and backing was peeling off. The other was in pretty good condition just slightly scuffed. They would not deal at all on the in pretty good condition. I need to get something today so I took at their full price. I did not realize until I got back to work that they gave me a significantly smaller size board. They did not give me a receipt. Total rip-off. I could found better pricing on Amazon and had it delivered to my door. And it would have new and I would have a receipt and the ability to return it. We dealt with them a couple of years ago when they were at a different location and had different staff. The new place is a rip off. I will not go back again. Also, there is ZERO customer service. No number that you can call and not even an email address on their website that you can write too.

I placed an order a month ago with big box, and it states COD. I've emailed and called and no response. Stay away from this website. They are scams

Absolutely horrible! These guys do not know how to run a business or answer a phone. Called maybe about 30 times in 3 days during business hours. Mai box is always full. Emailed me back saying to call them with questions about the model I bought when it is clearly listed on there site. I'm taking my 3000$ purchase somewhere else and now I have to spend more since I trusted bigboxstore.com on sober monday. What a joke of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

After getting ready to place a order, the lower part of their web sites states they take Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal.
Then all that comes up for payment method is COD only.

Their web site does not seem right.

I just ordered a 75 inch Samsung TV from Big Box. I dealt with Joe. Jack and Liz. There was a problem with my order. UPS lost the shipment. Jack and Liz worked hard to get it delivered. It never made it. They refunded my money immediately so I could purchase the set locally. This is an amazing company that stands behind their word. I would recommend them to anyone!

I just placed an on-line order that apparently is only COD. The phone number is a fake. Beautiful website. Don't be fooled!

They dont even deserve one star. Ordered cell phone. Had all sorts of problems took weeks to be able to send it back at my expense. When I got it back nothing had been done to fix and they didnt return charger and other accessories. Despite sending dozens of emails dont get a response. Stay away from site and Sefina is nothing but a liar

I have made an order from www.bigboxsave.com (or bigboxstore.com); same fraud anyway. I decided to cancel my order straight away, and 2 days later they replied that they will do so. Then I still didn't get a refund, and contacted them again, this time they said in very bad English, that they never received my money, which is false, and a big lie, as straight after I confirmed the order, PayPal sent me a confirmation that the transaction was completed! Then five days later I get another email from them that my order is: Processing! Even though they said they will cancel it, and they never had any payment! I definitely don't recommend you to buy anything from them! The worst shopping experience on the net!

Bigboxstore, the China version, is awful. It took more than 5 weeks for them to deliver a phone that did not do what they promised it would do in an email to me, i. E. sync with Outlook. I write to them immediately seeking an RMA to return the item and they wanted to send me a new battery. For the last week I have heard nothing from them. Registered a complaint with PayPal who told me it was now too late, past forty five days. Buyer Beware. The website looks o. K. the service and products are awful
