They dont even deserve one star. Ordered cell phone. Had all sorts of problems took weeks to be able to send it back at my expense. When I got it back nothing had been done to fix and they didnt return charger and other accessories. Despite sending dozens of emails dont get a response. Stay away from site and Sefina is nothing but a liar

Have ordered several times and have had no problems. Shipping has been quick and goods ok. Only problem is if u ask technical questions on products they dont seem to understand

Have made several purchases without any problems. However last order for cell phone proved a bad experience. The phone had many faults and it took 3 people and hundreds of emails before I could return. Then many emails and weeks before they finally replied saying replacement had been sent a week earlier but tracking number has no trace so not sure where it is or if and when I get it it will be ok.
