Who would have thought that this can be your one-stop shop? At first, I was simply looking for a pair of eyewear to go with my outfit. However, it ended up with me buying a few more fashion stuff.
I use to go to bidz back in 2009. The quality was awesome and the shipping cover all items. This new bidz chargers $9 per items. Two years ago I won $100 worth, buy the time shipping and exchange it was an additional $300+ I was so choked! I'm not one to write reviews but that was shocking. I buy from eBay never had an experienced with that cost or exchange.

Don't waste your time, extra 200$ added once you go to payment, 69$ for auction fee and 120$ for shipping( within US) I wonder how much is shipping outside the US. ridiculous!
It is so pity that I didn't find this reviews before I made order on Bidz.com. The same problem. They don't send my items and don't answer my mails. Thieves! Don't do any purchase and please keep your money away from them!
For half year (from beginning of October 2017) and up to present time (end of March 2018) this scams do not return my money ($2,179.80) for non-existent goods in their stock.
Customer Service impossible to reach -- not with published in internet phone or email.
Never trust this company and never purchase from them any thing!

How come 5 stars for this type of service you can imagine...
I have been waiting for 2 rings I bought for weeks now. They respond (when they respond, which is not always the case) to the emails saying: "Please accept our sincere apologies due to delay, but please trust us as we are doing our best in order to get your order shipped asap". I have written over 10 emails about the same issue and I always get a similar answer. When I asked them to refund for my purchases, they said they can't anymore. I had bought from them a few years ago and had no issues but I think now it is a completely different company specializing in ripping people off. Don't buy from them :(
I ordered 4 different things in March and still haven't received anything. I received a reply first that said the shipping was delayed and did I want a refund or to wait for the items. Of course I wanted to wait. 2 weeks later I email them again and they tell me that they were sorry but the items wouldn't be shipped and I should ask my BANK for a refund of the money. Really? I'm gonna keep posting bad reviews and take this as far as I'm able. Totally ridiculous.
Following on from a bad review about none receipt of goods and poor customer service; i did eventually get a credit about 14mths later. Re-bid on the same and another product. The other product was despatched after complaining but the original has never been received and now there website is not contactable.
I understand this has happened before... so I say never use any bidz / buys related site.

Last October and November I was shopping for Xmas presents on bids, big mistake! The company took my money and didn't send my items. They kept telling me they were on the way and kept me from calling my bank in a timely matter. They continued to tell me that they were 'taking care of it.' They took $3000 dollars from me. If you buy anything from them and don't receive it, call your bank or credit card ASAP, they have a time frame.
Their rating is "0". I waited for my orders since August and didn't get anything. Asked for a refund and they stopped to answer to my e-mails! They stole my money! Hate them thieves!
I had used this site in the past and did not have any problems, HOWEVER, last year I ordered some items several months in advance thinking they would make great Christmas gifts and never received my orders. I emailed the company several times and kept getting the run-around. Finally, I requested a refund several times also, and received an email stating they had been the victims of fraud and could not refund my money. But the business was still operating! I had to contact my bank to have the money returned and have them go after the company for the refund.
Paid for 3 items on July 9. No response from bidz for over ten days. Sent an email to enquire what happened to order. Reply from bidz that one item was sold out yet this same item was on auction just this week at a lower start price than that I paid for. The item closed with no bid. Bidz say they will refund the money (just the one item?) and no information on the other items. Very bad business practice. I wrote to ask for total refund and will definitely not buy from them again.
Was impressed with the precise look of their website, and assumed they were a legitimate business. In actuality they are most unprofessional to deal with, my orders are all left open, way past their estimated ship out date, no way to reach them by phone, recording only after long hold, messages left unanswered, my emails ignored.
The only thing that they are professional about is taking your credit card payment, immediately, and then leaving your order unfulfilled.
I became suspicious, and looked online for information, wish I would have seen the reviews before I tied up my money with this unscrupulous company!
I won 335.00 dollars worth of items and a month later status is still "open". I have e-mailed for a refund and they say that it will take 3-5 days and nothing. They literally just took the money with no intentions of sending the items for giving me a refund. How is this legal? Funny thing is that the same things are still up for auction! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Customer service kept saying all this time 2 weeks, 2 weeks n today they sent me email with informatiom of canceled.
Because a item is SOLD OUT.

Just wanted to remove my previous bad review I placed at time when I haven't received promised by bidz refund and couldn't get any replies to my emails.
They have sent me full refund for unsent item so I would suggest to anyone who is still having problems with refund patiently claim back your money and bidz would eventually answer your claims.
I ordered a few items between 2011 and 2016 without any issue. Ordered items in October and November of 2017 for Christmas but never received anything. Despite months of communication with their customer service, I still have not received what was purchased.
I paid in march, friday they told me they can't delivery my items because their partner was not correct, but the same items i bought are now in auction, at my question nobody answered, the same method used with other customers, in italy we have a name for this behavior
I ordered a watch from Bidz. After many months of waiting I got a letter from them that it was on its way, It never arrived. I contacted them and they said once it goes out they dont refund,
I also ordered a man's watch which wasnt what I wanted. Followed their instructions on how to return. Got extra insurance at the post office and they advised me that Bidz had received the return but now 3 months later Ive received no refund,
The tracking notice that they sent showed about 20 stops all over the USA and Im very curious about how the company does business.
Dont be sucked in by this company. It is a scam in my opinion based on my experiece,

Have been trying for over a month to get a response from the company for over a month, in regards to the two watches i bought. They don't respond, i now accept that i have been scammed and will never see the watches i have paid for $$$$$$$$$$.

Beware buyers, DO NOT get fooled into buying from Bidz. They DO NOT deliver, nor do they respond to emails asking where items are. Bought a few items over a month ago, still no tracking on all my items, no response to emails, zilch, nothing!

Attention Bidz: Please have the good grace to fix my orders. Either ship out with VALID tracking code right now or refund. Do not simply reply here saying we are sorry. Instead deliver or refund immediately? If you deliver or refund and notify me you have done so via my email with proof I'll take this post down.
You do realise you are losing business this way. Had you stuck to your word and delivered as promised on Bidz you would have so much more business. Quit stealing and start being honest.
