I wish I could attach a picture of the arrangement. It looked nothing like the picture. I realize you can do substitutions,etc. However, the overall look was laughable. I was embarrassed when visiting the family and the arrangement was displayed. I have used Bice for 14 years when I was with Essilor of America and always completely satisfied. I don't see how I could trust Bice in the future to provide a good experience.

**My sister sent me a picture of her flowers. They looked just as pretty as advertised. I was very pleased. I live 725miles from my sis and miss her something terrible. She has literally battled for her life the last two years and I haven't been able to be there physically for her. I'm so glad that I found a quality place that could help me express in a small way my love for my sister.
Flowers delivered to my wife's hotel suite within hours of ordering. Impressed.

Very good. I looked for ways to customize my order but couldn't find the process for doing so. On this order, the recipient's favorite color is pink. While I got the pink flowers I wish I could have enhanced it more.
