So far the process is great. Flowers that were delivered was not like the picture. That is why I gave it 3 stars. With paying that amount, I expect it to look like what I ordered. If not I would have liked a phone call or some sort of credit

The ad says that you are the number one florist! I can't wait to see if the bouquet ends up looking like the photo.
Unfortunately, it did not. The photo shows lilies in the arrangement, which is the reason I chose it. However, it had no lilies. The floral arrangement sent was pretty, but not representative of the photo showed. I realize they don't always look identical to the photo shown, but I know lilies are available at this time of the year.
