My last order y'all helped me so much and were able to find a shop in the area that were able to deliver to my in-laws on their anniversary, you have no idea how much it meant to us! Thank you for the great service, keep it up...it does not go unnoticed!

I like that I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered.
I would like a photo of the flowers because it was delivered for a funeral and I haven't heard directly from the family yet regarding their receipt, and I couldn't go around looking at the cards. Since all the flowers at the funeral were pretty, I am satisfied with the one I think it what we sent.
My first time & expecting great things.
The delivery time was excellent as I ordered my flowers in the afternoon & they were delivered in the AM the next day!
I was very disappointed with the vase I had picked out as that was not what I had ordered. I ordered a vase with the word LOVE on it & also Tri-colored, 2 shades of pink & grey as they had shown that comes with the flowers.
I saw a picture of the flowers from my daughter-in-law & they weren't as big as the display online.
Order on web site was organized and easy to find a bouquet I wanted. Very pretty online.

Placing the order was quick and easy. I can't comment further on how arrangment looked but will definitely give you feedback later. Arrangement was very pretty and looked exactly as had been pictured, which doesn't always happen. It's a shame though, that funeral plants, sprays, arrangements are so expensive, but that's not particular to Bices, it's all florists.

I try to use Bice's for all my local floral deliveries.
Good. I wanted to use some of my points but I did not see where I could do that.
I have used Bice many times before and was always happy until now all the white flowers in the arrangement were brown! They looked like they were sitting in the car all day they were delivered at 5:45! So wilted this was for a thank you to family I was very upset with the quality for the price.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for whether I would buy again is that I live in California and don't plan to buy funeral flowers in Texas any more.
