I love BHFO! Everything I've bought has been an amazing deal, and it ships fast. My only issue with the site is that you don't always get more than one photo of the item and sometimes when you click on the item there is no image. I think the photos are most helpful with shoes, and there are rarely photos from the top down which shows the shape of the shoes, i.e., whether round toe, almond toe etc.
Website is not and really has never been buyer friendly. Pictures are terrible, very limited, shows sizes you did not request or the size charts are off, and patterns cannot be magnified. I many times cross my fingers when pressing pay now. Otherwise...good products for good price. Just wish it would not take me so long to shop because of the issues mentioned.
I usually have a decent experience with bhfo. Sometimes the items are "what you ordered vs what you got" mostly because there is usually only one insufficient picture per product. It's just a risk that you take. Unfortunately, I've received the wrong size more than once.

The shipping prices are discouraging. I cleared out most of my cart just to decrease the price for shipping by a little bit.
I can typically find so many great brands for a good bargain.
Boots were great but the packaging could have been better. Damaged box, no tissue to hold boots in place and looked a little worn.
I spent over 3 hours the night of the 20% sale. Loaded over 30 items in my cart...only to wake in the AM, vetted my items down to about 12...only to find out the sale had expired! It would have been kind to your customers to have the expiration listed on the entry portal...so we know what we are getting into!
Trying to find quality for affordable prices.
For over 14 years, from eBay to their website I've ordered from BHFO. Around 7 years ago, things changed.
As a Canadian, I do not recommend them. Shipping is crazy and customs fees are RIDICULOUS!
Order was $26.45 US for 2 t shirts and an all in one spandex jumper.
Around $34 Canadian already kinda high, honestly.
Then to be hit with a $15.75 customs fee?! For 3 items weighing less 2 lbs?! With that price value?
No matter the deal you get, outside of America it's not a true deal after exchange rates, shipping and customs. Usually more expensive than even buying the item new.

For the quality of items being purchases - the packaging was terrible... just rolled up and put in a plastic bag... not what I would expect for a high end item.

I dont like them. Too heavy and clunky. But you will have that when you purchase without actually feeling them and trying them on.

I ordered a handful of slacks in hopes to find something that fit me as I typically still wear junior sizes. Unfortunately, for me, the clothes did not fit my body the way I wanted. If they had fit I would have kept every single pair. All were as pictured, wrapped and sealed when received in a timely manner and were all quality clothing!

I'm not thrilled, I'm not mad or anything like some of the reviews, for when I did reach out they were super responsive and gave me a shipping break, but I felt like the quality lacked and some of them really didn't look like they were represented. I may try again, I got a lot of one brand I wasn't really familiar with, but not sure. Will see how my return goes and how fast the money goes back into my account, want to make sure there are no problems with that.
Cost and selection
Some i needed and some just looked super fun and worth a try for the cost but not so sure about that now.
Returns got worse. Before they used to -e-mail you the return label, now they want to print it. I have received two items, one was used and defective, the other item was damaged. I have paid $63.17, the online credit after I have printed the label for both items was $43.00. I have disputed the return amount through my PayPal finance institution. They credited my account and closed the case.
I ordered the shoes in the photo and slip on's came. I was NOT happy

Shipping was quick but I am not sure all of their products are legit. The coat I ordered was definitely NOT from a store. Seams were ripping, edges were outlined in red & there was red pen written all over it. Hood had dirt on it. This coat is white, there is no way to hide any of these marks. Very poorly thrown together coat to look like the official version. I contacted BHFO & am still waiting on a response...

Purchased boots direct from your website. Found the same boots on eBay, sold by you for less. I had already ordered and they were shipped by the time I saw the price difference. Disappointed
