New to BHFO, great prices and I was surprised by the selection. I'll be shopping for kids clothes here too! They had the size I needed of a dress I tried at Nordstrom Rack, and beat out every other online retailer significantly on the price. It fits perfectly, and came within a week. I'm super happy with it and really excited to find a new option for reasonably priced clothing!
Website is not and really has never been buyer friendly. Pictures are terrible, very limited, shows sizes you did not request or the size charts are off, and patterns cannot be magnified. I many times cross my fingers when pressing pay now. Otherwise...good products for good price. Just wish it would not take me so long to shop because of the issues mentioned.
My experience purchasing items at BHFO for the most part has been ok. I was very disappointed with this purchase because the color was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a spruce colored Columbia jacked which was the color of the picture on the website. I am very disapointed because I only ordered the jacket because of the color. It was out of stock elsewhere. I got a regular plain blue jacket which I could have purchased anywhere else.
Crisp white cotton oversized blouse folded many many times to form a small ball and jammed inside a 7"x7" plastic bag. Outside packaging envelope was at least 11x13 so there was no need to fold in this manner. Could have been neatly folded flat to minimize wrinkling. Wrinkles could not even be streamed out.
Item was what I was looking for.
My package is still on the way, my event is on 4 days and I've had a lot of patience, but I don't even have the true following up with dhl, I think it took like 15 days to go back from usa to mexico

Great products at a great price but international shipping is a nightmare! Have had multiple issues and packages go missing. The Route package protection is useless and not worth the fee. I want to love BHFO but I need to consistently receive my orders to do so.
Other outlet stores sell BHFO items at much higher prices. Figured I’d go to source and support BHFO instead.

Buyer beware! They say items are brand new, but this "Some of the products we offer may have been on a sales floor and could have been tried on many times, just like what you find when you shop at a retail store. In addition, most of our items have also been sent through a reverse supply chain. This means it went from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse, so they have been subjected to additional handling and may show signs of slight imperfections. But they are still incredible values. " is what they emailed to me in response to the dress I received being a damaged. They told me it's reparable, and I can return it and pay shipping or I can pay on my own to have it repaired. Just know that what you order may have "imperfections" aka damage and they won't tell you that before you purchase.
The items are not always that great, sizing runs super small and 90% of the items can't be returned so I'm stuck with clothes that don't fit and I'm out a the $$ I paid for it.

After days of asking why BHFO UPS second day air status showing just label created...finally acknowledged package is lost. Lots of messages, finally a refund is pending.

Personally will not buy from them again. They have many successful transactions, mine was not one of them.

The majority of my purchased are unwearable due to sizes not tire to size. Unable to return so will be donating to charity. Unable happy and will think twice if making another purchase.

The price of the shoes was reasonable. The initial tracking information said the package would be delivered on a certain day. Subsequent tracking information then said that delivery was re-scheduled and that the expected delivery day would be updated, soon. This was the tracking message I received for several days. I signed up for text/email updates on the delivery, so I could be sure to be around when it got delivered, so no one would steal the package. I received no updated delivery information. I arrived home one day to find my package sitting on the porch. The shoes arrived 10 days after I ordered them, which seems to be a bit longer than it takes to receive other items.
BHFO had the style and size shoe I wanted and couldn't find on other sites. The price was also reasonable.
I was looking for a sneaker with arch support. I have had a good experience with other Skechers products and know what size will fit me, which makes it easier to order online and not have to worry about returns. The shoes were also chosen because they had only one color on them. Unfortunately, the grey color wasn't a true grey.
I am not happy with ordering a final sale item. It's not right that it can't be returned for "another item" even. When ordering anything on line...it's hard to know if any product will fit correctly until we get it. As a matter of fact the boots I ordered...it just so happens, I could have sized up. But didn't know that until I received them and tried on. Now I am stuck because it was a final sale. That truly stinks!

After ordering two pairs of shoes from this company -- I received the items that looked worn/used. The items were not as described. After many emails to their customer service department they only responded after Overstock.com pressured them to do so (the site where the shoe purchase was made). An unhelpful representative named 'Lance' offered no solutions and told me the cost of returns would be my responsibility. Never will order from this company again.

I recently ordered Puma sneakers from Australia. Since we're in lockdown, I can't buy them here and am not interested in getting them from China. They eventually arrived and I loved them. Unfortunately, even though I deliberately ordered bigger size to allow for inserts and socks, they are simply too big for me to wear. The BHFO did offer a refund if I paid the return postage. That would automatically cost me half the amount I paid for them. I will try to sell them but this annoying and time wasting experience has certainly put me off shopping online, especially for clothes. I'll NEVER do it again. Goodbye and good luck to you
This used to be a great online store but now the prices keep going up and down. When they have a sale prices are marked up - Crazy selling model. I have been following them each day now for months and the prices are never the same and sales are not really sales.
Tip for consumers:
Look around, their prices keep going up then they go down and when they have their sales they mark up again so you can get a discount which turns out to be much more than other sellers.
