I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.

I attempted to make a restaurant order for pickup using Beyond Menu. I paid for the order and received a confirmation. Upon going to pick up the order I was advised that Beyond Menu had cancelled my order. No reason given. I asked them why by email. No response.

Today my order is really late, I called them and the restaurants internet went down. Gave my name and number and they called me back a few minutes later telling me the delivery was on its way. Just pay cash whenever possible. Don't use your card and be worried you lost money If you can avoid it.
