Well, I love ALL BHMD products and I use a few. The neck serum works. It tightens, lifts and smooth the skin, and the dispenser is delightful. It massages gently in these tight areas of the jaw and neck where a massage is needed. It makes me aware of tight muscles in jaw or neck areas and provides a massage. I let it deliver the serum a while, then I just use the massager to màke it penetrate more and relax muscles. It's one of my favorites night rituals, but I use it in the am also. And yes, I have had friends commenting "what do you do to look younger all the time," and people not believing my age. Even my doctor (granted eye doctor I had not seen in 3 years) skipped on me in the waiting room thinking this lady there could not be this age. And THAT feels good. I keep thinking "reversed aging" is definitely my thing, but I accompany it with a very healthy diet, lifestyle, exercise, and a positive attitude to life. All together it keeps me happy. Thank you BHMD for the effective products and very smart pachaging/delivery. That too makes a difference. The changes take a while, so slowly the skin improves, but in the end it does.

Poor customer service & was over charged!
I just want to say that I am highly displeased with the Beverly Hill MD customer service. I ordered for the first time yesterday afternoon, signing up for a 3 bottle subscription. The website kept having errors, saying the payment was declined, so I chose to use the PayPal checkout and the payment went through. I recieved an order confirmation right away and then apparently another order confirmation was emailed to me at 3:49 a.m. Today 2 payments were deducted from my account. I had recieved only one notification that an item was shipped. I called the customer service and to cancel the erroneous order before it shipped. Emily stated that although the second order hadn't actually shipped, that it was "too far in the shipment process to cancel". So I will have to wait for the package to get here, return it to sender and wait for it to get back to the warehouse before i am refunded. Emily was not very helpful and seemed like she could care less that the erroneous order was caused by the website. Her biggest suggestion was that she could extend my 90 money back guarantee. I have canceled my subscription due to the poor customer service and just bad business practice on the company's part. Why an order couldn't be cancelled when it hadn't even left is beyond me. I'm pretty upset because one order was a squeeze for me, but now I've been charged twice and the customer service representative did nothing to help.

I am 77 and trying to turn back time like most of us. I have been using BHMD products since November of 2021. Approximately 3 months ago I ordered City Beauty Hand Cream that was supposed to help make old hands look new again. It sort of worked, but yet not...yes I saw a difference until BHMD came out with their Rejuvenating Serum.

Let me tell all of you GET THIS HAND REJUVENATING SERUM NOW and don't waste a minute! It is so luxurious with the feel of silk and what it does is unbelievable right before your eyes. On March 6th when the product was debuted, I ordered the serum. Now I use it several times a day just because of how it feels on my skin. What does it do? My skin is taunt, so soft, and looks 20 years younger (no lie). I just ordered 4 more so that I could have it upstairs, downstairs, in my purse and on my desk.

I will NEVER be without this serum EVER and I hope you have the same feeling like I did when you try it for the first time.

This company might or might not have good products but they leave a lot to be desired when it comes to business practices. Their website sent me error messages that stupidly made me think an order had not gone through and therefore, I ordered the same thing repeatedly. When I used their online chat less than 20 hours later to cancel my order repeats, I was first told I could have the repeats at a discount and when I requested a refund instead, was told it was too late, I would need to return the orders. Then, when the orders arrived and I sent most of them back, I am told recently some have not arrived and I will just have to wait for my refund. Of those things they did say were returned, it does not resemble the amounts I ordered so I suspect I will see little or no extra refund coming. I spent close to $500 originally (dumb, I know) and received only about $175 back and the product i did receive is listed as costing around $150 (every ad suggests a different price). So, that would suggest that another $175 is still out there and who knows if I'll ever see it again. When I tried sending a message to their Contact Us area, it would not send, suggesting I try again later. It leaves me wondering whether it automatically might not be able to be sent because I had to click that it is about a Refund. I might just be suspicious at this point and maybe others have had wonderful experiences with this company but I am thinking this is a lesson learned for me and I will not be dealing with this company again nor recommending it. The telephone person I was able to reach today after waiting about 40 minutes on hold was very polite but unsympathetic and totally ignored my expressed frustrations and concerns about their website. I foolishly started all this on January 5th. Today's telephone call was on March 19th. All this being said, the only product I do have is the face and neck sculpting cream. It is nice but I can't say I have noticed much of a difference on my face and neck but there is no way I will try to return my unopened jars. I'm just going to hope I will see improvement over time.

The dark spots on my hands and arms are definitely a lot lighter. In some areas it looks like they are gone. Definitely worth buying.
