worst company ever, my daughter just started her first year in college, and since I've been to college a lot of things have changed, she needed a math book for her class, she was recommended to this site to save, about $120 on the cost of the book, she's trying to do this on her own, without any help, she ordered a book from this website, and just to be very clear, on the website it shows a very clear picture of the book, as well as the name the edition and everything else, so she placed this order, hoping the book would get here quickly, and it did but to her disappointment, the book was The wrong book, we attempted to contact the company, only to find out there is no phone contact or phone number for this company everything has to be done by email so I contacted this company several times through email letting them know if they could please send me a return label to send this book back as soon as possible, and if they could please send the book that she originally ordered, I got a email back stating go ahead and send us the book back and is soon as you send us the tracking number from that return the book we will issue you a full refund, I went back-and-forth with them several times for almost a week and a half, letting them know that I did not feel I should have to pay shipping and handling fee to get it sent to me, and then turn around and pay the shipping fee of $13.99 to send it back to them due to their mistake, all I kept getting was emails, saying the same thing over and over to send the book back and will issue a full refund, I went through my bank I let them know, that I do have the book in my possession, it is the wrong book I sent them copies of all the emails of me trying to resolve the issue and the problem, thank you to my bank for reversing the charges and opening up a claim because I did try to resolve it, in a very mature fashion, unlike the company itself, not even telling me if they have the right book in stock, just be very rude about their comments, so the last email I sent them , was that I took care of the charges with my bank, they would be reversing my charges for the amount of the book shipping and handling fee, they were more than welcome to send me a return label and I will gladly send them back their book, but there was no way I was going to pay them to send back a mistake they sent me, these are college students trying to start on the right path, this is the worst way to be as a company, they truly sucked in the whole experience, I wish I could give them a 0+ rating because that's exactly what they deserve
