Received my bangles and matching ring. They were beautiful but too small. Emailed company right away and received a quick response with a way to quickly solve my issue. Hoping for a speedy exchange process. I anticipated wearing my jewelry for so long.

My father gave me a bracelet to find and after much research turned out to be West Indian. I found this site and it's a great site. Great pricing, easy to use, transparent tracking, and well made. Will definitely return for other items

The one thing that is noticeable with the bangles I purchased is the shape. They are oval verses round which makes for a better fit and the bracelets does not slip to the side of your wrist. They are very sturdy. I love my bracelets and will certainly get more.

The bangles received are beautiful. Betterjewelry made the size to my specifications. They were prompt with responses to my queries and provided excellent customer service when I needed a replacement.

The only complaint I have is,there is a seam on the Buddha's face. It could add character as the bracelet ages,so I won't be returning it. I love the weight of it and can't wait to see how the design will pop in the future.

I was not completely satisfied with my initial purchase, but customer service (Victoria) was very accommodating and I was refunded my money with no issues. Because of that, I would strongly consider purchasing in the future.

I didn't realize the bracelets were so small I thought they could be adjusted. So five pairs of them I can not use can i send them back for a refund. The other five children are toddlers and 6 years old

I did panic buying because was afraid the site wood disappear. The one I ordered from didn't have have all the selections I wanted. Later I found the site with all the mask I wanted. Still waiting for my order.

They did not meet my expectations. The bracelets looks fake, they're very thin and not what I expected! I do not feel they were worth the money I paid for them!

They are to thin if a 7 month old can Streach them out of shape and take them off no good. I need a refund can't do anything with them.

Earrings seem to tarnish very quickly. Hopefully it is real silver. I feel like I need to have them checked. They turned black. I have to clean them often.

I was a little disappointed with my purchase. The description said the bracelet was a size 8". I wear a 71/2". These bracelets do not close all the way around my wrist. If I close them completely they are to small. The weight of them are ok, afraid if I keep pulling open and closing they will break. So not sure if I will order again.

A relative always admired my west indian bangles and when I saw the great price on a set I had to purchase. They arrived as scheduled and are perfect. Better Jewelry has been my go to place for quality bangles and they are easy to work with. We had a return because my daughter purchased the incorrect set and the exchange was seamless.

One of the 4 bracelets that I purchased cracked. I returned it (I had to pay for the return shipping). I received the replacement item within a week. Will definitely purchase from this merchant in the future.
