Placed an order for a record February 27th and still haven't received it. Tried emailing but no response.

Hey I ordered an album I have been trying to get for a while. I was impatient and emailed them only after 3 days because it hadn't been shipped. Anyway I received it in 8 days and am very happy I was able to get. Bes vinyl is really good just don't expect in 3 days.

Great business to buy from. Album was hard to find but was given honest assurance that my order would be fulfilled. It was a wait I was definitely prepared to do. Communication between the business and myself was excellent. I'll definitely recommend to friends and family and will use Bes Vinyl again!

My wife ordered a Christmas Album for me back on November 20th, Album never arrived and the only response (via email) was that the album was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted my CC to file a complaint. I was given the following number to contact * is what I made out on the recording, *******007. I contacted the complaints department with no answer. Shortly there after my wife received an email confirming a refund, no call back no explanation. Very, very poor service, customer care and diligence. This business should be banned from any further dealings.

They have out of stock items in which they tell you are in stock. Once you buy they won't ship for a few months. Customer support is also worthless as it is a pre generated response.

I did have a problem with shipping and was a little upset about it first, they handled it with great service and it was delivered shortly after. Highly recommend purchasing from this site

According to all the reviews a reply was not in the cards. But alas their customer service team did respond.
I was granted a refund for a backordered item.

Paid for faster shipping to ensure the vinyl would be here by Christmas. A month later and I still have not received the order. I emailed customer support and no one ever got back to me. I wouldn't risk the purchase!

I ordered a vinyl that was back ordered, so I emailed customer service. They let me know that they were working to grab one and wold get it to me before Christmas. It was delivered 2 days later!

Horrible. Worst vinyl seller I've ever dealt with. Took my cash for an out of stock vinyl then blew off my contact attempts for weeks.

Very unprofessional. Not only did I not receive a usps tracking number or expected delivery date, when i attempted to reach out to their customer service email, I got no response. I had to ask for a full refund on my fourth email to receive any sort of response. Please don't list items of your website that you don't have in stock! Unacceptable.

I ordered a vinyl on January14,2021. It took them until March 19,2021 to cancel my order due to them not having the item. It makes no sense why they would sell an item they did not have.

Ordered a record from them. A few days after the said arrival date I was still waiting. I emailed them about it didn't get back to me. Emailed again and they replied it was out of stock and on back order. You should probably let me know, it was a gift and instead of looking elsewhere I didn't have time to get somewhere else. I got my refund at least.

Searching for a rare & mostly unavailable album, I found Besvinyl, which had it in stock and for a reasonable price. I decided to place the order, which was immediately acknowledged, I was notified when it shipped, and provided tracking & delivery details as well. The packaging was superior to what most vinyl shippers use; a very sturdy corrugated box with two additional layers of corrugated cardboard inside. I would buy from them again with confidence, in fact will probably put them at the top of my list of go-to sources for vinyl.
