The ordering experience was cumbersome with pop ups that required me resizing my screen just to complete on a normal laptop, and the descriptions were vague, requiring me to ask twice online exactly what was required to make it a full kit. The check out process kept showing different pricing as if choosing the "no cost" shipping option negated the new customer discount. Once ordered, the product actually shipped directly from India pretty quickly, so don't assume you are ordering a made in US product just because it has a US address. The product itself was nicely designed and the quality of the print and materials was good. Overall not a WOW factor present for the website, but the product is good.

I made a couple of special requests of the design team and was provided options in an efficient and timely manner. Once approved the production and delivery were lightning fast! I received my product, set it up and it was everything I hoped for. I will choose them again.

This company is a joke. Customer service does not do anything for their customers. Instead they continuously apologize yet, have no real resolution even when their company is in the wrong. Ridiculous run around and holding on call just to be given the same none helpful information. Do not waste your time or money ordering with this company.
