I ordered a custom flag on 8/30/2021 I paid for additional shipping to receive it by 9/9/2021. I received an email that said my graphics weren't good enough that I would receive and email within 24-48 with redone graphics, 4 days later I received the email I immediately approved the new graphics. Once I received the new graphics I got an email that said my flag would arrive on 9/13/2021, I immediately called them told them that the flag was for a fundraiser on 9/12/2021 and that I paid for guaranteed shipping to arrive by 9/9/2021 they said no problem they would make sure it got to me by my needed date. The next day I got shipping conformation that my item had shipped from India and would arrive 9/13/2021. I immediately called them talked to Arthur one of the managers who assured me they would reship my item with overnight delivery, which didn't happen for 2 days the item finally shipped 9/9/2021 when it was suppose to arrive by then. The item then got delayed at a FedEx location. I immediately called them again told them that I needed the item to be reshipped overnight Saturday delivery which is what FedEx said needed to be done in order for me to receive my package. After stringing me along for 2 hours I called back again and was told that it was to late to get it to production and there was nothing they would do. So here I am with no flag for my fundraiser. USE SOMEONE ELSE BESIDES THEM OR BANNER BUZZ

THIS IS SHIPPED FROM OUT OF COUNTRY! Ordered from them and they didn't send the products. The items didn't arrive for the event that was 21 days after they pocketed the money. I called to check on the order the 2nd week, then told them to cancel it after the 3rd week. On the 4th week I got a shipment email with tracking saying my order was in Dubai. I called and emailed they were to cancel the order 4 more times after the 3rd week when they missed the event. The next response I received from them gave the account from a past order I had placed and received months ago! They couldn't keep the orders straight even though I included the order number in my emails and calls! The next excuse was they needed better art -I told them use what I sent as is. The next excuse was I didn't approve the proofs=I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PROOF! The next excuse was shipping isn't guaranteed. BUYERS BEWARE-This is a BAD COMPANY! Full of excuses. Somehow they got my delivery to me 2 days after being in Dubai. Go figure- They CAN ship things fast at Fedex! Unfortunately, the event was 10 days ago!
They didn't hit the shipment date that the product was needed for and agreed for.

As mentioned on our website, the delivery date shown at checkout is for print-ready files. In all cases where proof is sent the delivery date depends on artwork approval. When we find low resolution artwork, we notify you requesting a high resolution file to avoid delay. You also have the option of instructing us to proceed with the low resolution print. Recreation is not a computerized process; a designer manually traces the lines of your artwork to recreate it in high resolution. Thus it may take up to 2 business days since this is a service we provide on every order.
From our internal notes we see that every attempt was made to have your order delivered when needed. Further to your conversation with our support team on 6 September, your order was produced and packed for dispatch within 24 hours, on 7 September. Your conversation with Arthur was on 8 September during which we did promise to reship the order to you at no cost using Overnight delivery. This was done within 24 hours as well.
Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders DHL / FedEx / UPS, transit delay is outside our area of control - especially considering the impact of the pandemic on all shipping networks. Our Terms of Use clearly state: "We have no control over 3rd party couriers’ performance, and we are not liable for delays arising from couriers’ shipping service."
Please accept our apologies that despite our sincere efforts to remedy this unfortunate situation, we failed to meet your expectations.
