DO NOT BUY HERE. Here's what they said after taking more than a month from order to delivery:
"Our normal production would have a 10 business days crafting period plus the 8-12 business day shipping period. You may check our production policy here.
In your case, your order was placed on October 7,2024, and the package arrived on November 9,2024. Thus, we are delayed for 2-3 days only."
They then went on to provide a conflicting explanation of their return policy timeframe and give more reasons why they won't accept a return.
In other words, they don't care. Don't buy from them and make sure everyone you know is aware of how terrible they are from end to end.
40 days and still no shirts. They provide a fake tracking number that will only work from their website. If you contact DHL directly, their customer support will inform you that the tracking number you gave them is fake and does not exist. These guys are professional con artists. Do not give them any of your money
I can't tell you how terrible this experience was. Took 2 months to receive, 0 customer service, and the product was absolutely terrible. It's an embarrassingly bad produced product I would never wear in public, with Chinese tags nonetheless.
AVOID BELOVEDSHIRTS.COM, this review is my warning to all of you. They are an absolute scam.
They are an absolute scam. They're page went down and I can't even access my account now. Spent 100+ on a gift and they never sent anything!
