I ordered several items from them and never received them. Bellylicious was happy to keep my money, and never they responded to my many emails.
Never again.
Sadly it seems I am now one of the many customers who have not received their goods. Ordered in April 2020 and we're now in July. I had previously bought from this company in 2016 and had received a personal "thank you" email for placing a second order with company. I've now responded to the email to advise my order is undelivered but as the site looks to be down I won't be holding my breath out for a response / resolution.
I ordered from them on 15/5/2020 and have yet to receive my order. Contacted multiple times yet no reply. This company is a SCAM DO NOT BUY. They have now cowardly taken down their website and turned off their Instagram comments. The Company is very aware of what they're doing and hopefully this can be resolved through the ACCC.
I ordered a belly ring from them in early March 2020, paid with PayPal. Waited 3 weeks which should be plenty of time from Sydney to Brisbane, nothing, so I emailed them - no response. Waited another week, another email, no response. Waited another week, sent a message via the website "Contact Us" - no response. Waited another week -called the listed landline number - got the "this number has been disconnected" message.
I then contacted PayPal and logged a claim. They gave the seller 3 weeks to respond - they got no response, so they refunded my money.
I would say that they have stopped trading, but they haven't - the website is still active and accepts orders and takes payment - they have stopped sending any goods out.
Order didn't arrive and they never replied to my emails. I would not recommend buying anything from them.
I paid for my order on 30 March 2020 and have never received a thing. I have emailed 4 or 5 times. I have tried to get on website (which does not exist). I'm absolutely disgusted that these people have scammed me. I will put a bad review wherever I can. Shame on them.
They do not ship any items, not replying to emails if you comment on their facebook page or try messaging them they delete your comment and block you!
My order never came. I've tried several communications, email and Facebook message. They never replied. No response and never delivered the product. I paid express with tracking and it costed as much as the product I bought but NO, no tracking sent. The status remained order confirmed forever! This company is a SCAM! They never meant to give you the product. Disputing this in my bank now. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered something expecting it to be shipped in 2 days and it wasn't. Can't contact them by email or phone. Called a number that was on their site but was for a different company who told me a lot of people have called them saying they haven't heard anything about orders or cannot contact the company.
I have lodged a complain with ACCC and hopefully will see something good from this
After reading the reviews it seems this is happening to everyone. I believe this company is a scam. Taken my money and no order. No return emails, no FB contact, phone number disconnected! I will be taking this further to get my money back as I believe you are scamming people - no order but keeping my money. This is illegal! You need to stop doing this to people. I had to give one star but I really give them zero stars.
I ordered an expensive real cultured pearl sterling silver belly ring from this company in September 2019. I was informed in the item's description that it was a custom made item sourced from the US and would take about 2 months to ship. It is now February 2020 and I have not received any correspondence from them regarding my order, despite sending multiple emails that have gone unanswered and attempting to call the number on their website that is now disconnected. They also haven't updated their social accounts since last October. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Was hoping for the item to be delivered perhaps for a special birthday in Feb... Yeah right. Stupid me still hopeful... Maybe Valentines present... Yeah right. I ordered two piercings and was given a partial refund (not even a full refund) and it's been nearly a month! Haven't received anything, lost $35. Don't waste your money!
Placed a second order for a few belly piercings after loving my first purchase. Never received them and never got an answer back of where it could have ended up. Would NOT recommend this company AT ALL. Worst customer service and communication I've ever seen

It is speaking that people are out there to blatantly steak your money. They never had any intention of providing the good. Never responded to emails. Never recieved shipping details! Have reported to ACCC!
Brought stuff from them about 3 months, was awesome. Went back to puchase more things, but they sent the wrong items numerous emails later never responded, now im left with items i didnt order and dont want. So disappointed
