To Whom it May Concern, I went into the Bell store in Mayfair Mall in Victoria, BC today and I reported that I lost my phone. Customer service rep Brittaney helped me and in no time had located my phone on your device. It was in my apartment all along. Thank-you Brittaney for your quick thinking, being so computer savvy, kind demeanour and for locating my phone! Thank-you! Susan Johnston
AWFUL! Made me pay $600+ for a mistake they made, took months of battling to get the money back, and sold me a watch confirming it would work without my phone when they actually don't have a plan that supports standalone! Spent hours on the phone with them for nothing, and want me to pay (again...) $600+ to cancel everything I have with them when their part of the contract has not been respected! WORST SUPPLIER EVER!
Despite all the competition, Bell doesn't care about maintaining long term clients.
IPhone upgrades are more expensive than original contract.
After a 3 year contract where FREE upgrades were agreed to, Bell has reneged and is charging over $500 for a new iPhone.
After 6 months: Customer Retention has responded. I am not TOTALLY satisfied but we reached an agreement. WORTH PURSUING.
