Beware! Fraudulent Activity
Beware! This company has just stolen $15,680 USD from me and not refunded me, its been 5 months today. I have been contacting them since 12 November 2023 and now 12 March 2024. BEFORWARD still have my $15,680 USD and not sending it back. I'm now having to contact my bank to process fraud against Beforward and appointing an attorney. How this business is still operating with such dire standards is beyond my belief. The stress they have caused me over the recent 5 months has had a detrimental effect on my health and wish no one to go through the same trauma. Now I will leave it to the law and banking system to resolve and warn all others do not buy from this company.

Really really bad, don't use them. An utter rort. I needed tiny tiny curtain rail gliders for my Hiace. They wanted $5 per little glider when the usual price is around $5 for 20 or 30, so, say, to be fair, perhaps 10 for $5 might have been more appropriate. Shipping would be $150 on top of that for something weighing less than 200 grams! Don't ever use these people unless you have lots of money. Please note ALL their reviews and think wisely.

This company went above & beyond to ensuring me the cv does shafts I ordered were the correct parts I needed. I ordered Friday & I received my order the following Wednesday. Keep in mind Im from TX, USA. Great company. Fast shipping

This company is a scam. I bought a 2019 Navara with 15,000km on it. The vehicle could not even be driven off the wharf. Parts where taken off the truck and older damaged parts put on. I would never ever by another vehicles from them stick to sbt Japan.

PATHETIC $#*!S WHO SHOULD ALL BURN IN HELL.

They received my payment over 2 months and still haven't started the shipping process. What I'm gathering from others is that they will replace the truck with a worse quality one then ship that. I have purchased a truck through another online vendor and it was in Vancouver, Canada 10 weeks from receipt of payment. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY!
