Beware! Fraudulent Activity
Beware! This company has just stolen $15,680 USD from me and not refunded me, its been 5 months today. I have been contacting them since 12 November 2023 and now 12 March 2024. BEFORWARD still have my $15,680 USD and not sending it back. I'm now having to contact my bank to process fraud against Beforward and appointing an attorney. How this business is still operating with such dire standards is beyond my belief. The stress they have caused me over the recent 5 months has had a detrimental effect on my health and wish no one to go through the same trauma. Now I will leave it to the law and banking system to resolve and warn all others do not buy from this company.

This company is a scam. I bought a 2019 Navara with 15,000km on it. The vehicle could not even be driven off the wharf. Parts where taken off the truck and older damaged parts put on. I would never ever by another vehicles from them stick to sbt Japan.

They received my payment over 2 months and still haven't started the shipping process. What I'm gathering from others is that they will replace the truck with a worse quality one then ship that. I have purchased a truck through another online vendor and it was in Vancouver, Canada 10 weeks from receipt of payment. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY!

In today's fast-paced world, efficient and reliable delivery services are essential. I recently entrusted Beforwad website with high expectations and bought a car from them, hoping for a seamless delivery process. Unfortunately, my experience with Beforwad was far from satisfactory, leaving me disappointed and disillusioned with their service.

From Japan, all was okay until I got an email asking me to add $50 on $25,274 then after making yet another transfer someone came in and said I shouldn't have added that $50 then I asked them to pay the $50 back which they didn't. So, the car was shipped after 3 months plus the car arrived in Tanzania, TZ team was okay ish in communication via email. Tho since I had paid CIF Kigali Rwanda, they also wanted me to pay again for clearing service in TZ so i had to send all the papers claiming that I paid for the whole service Cost Insurance, and Flight (CIF) to Kigali.

When the car arrived in Kigali it came without the Right-hand passenger side inner tail light nor the, Front Bumper Clear Fog Lights Driving Lamps and the rear wiper since I had paid for insurance, I start to communicate with Beforwad Rwanda, this set up of Rwandan side is the worse of poorer customer service by the someone called Sam, you call or txt they say am on leave or call this and that person. Basically, nobody cares.

So now I have a car worth $25,274 plus 25,000,000frw for taxes/number plate with damages. (attached pictures)

In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Beforwad to others based on my disappointing experience. Until significant improvements are made to address these fundamental shortcomings, I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. Beforwad has left me disillusioned and disheartened, a far cry from the reliable service I had hoped for.

Be Forward comes off with decent auction representative prices, but if you win a car with apparent profitability, they won't honor the win, but rather keep the car for themselves for further profit off of your own research.

This site is a classical scum by a rip off merchant. They own no stock and they sell hot air. They will ake your money and you'll never hear back from them. Never, ever send them money! Avoid this criminal pit like plague unless you've got money to burn.
