I highly recommend Beck Hearing! Paula is so caring and listens to you and your needs. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your chosen hearing aids and that they're doing the job for you. It's also very important to her that you understand how everything works and if you have a problem to call her straight away. She assures you that no problem is too small or too big. Beck Hearing is there for you. They are very client-driven. I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else because when you go to leave you know you have been very well taken care of. Everyone in that office always greets you with a smile. The receptionist is so friendly and upbeat when she answers the phone or when you enter their office.
