Do not order. Items are shipping from China and must be returned to China. Return shipping to China is minimum of $32. It takes over 1 month. Plus in website they state you would receive item in 1 week then when you get email confirmation it's 3 weeks. I sent return to China and still after 6 months still no return credit. Btw. The return credit is not for the full amount. Do not buy from them. Buy local

This company is a scam. They are not US based & instead ship from China. Swimsuits were poor quality. Business practices/returns are even worse. They give you a return address that DOESN'T EXIST so to avoid refunding customers. Luckily I went through PayPal and made a complaint - eventually got a FULL REFUND through PayPal 😊

The swimsuit cover-up is of very high quality and the colors are identical to the photo! Very exotic and classy at the same time. I'm too satisfied!

This company is fraud. They will NOT give you a refund even if you send it back. I never got my money and I paid for shipping.! Do NOT order from them! They need to be shut down!bad customer service!

My order took 21 days to get to me and it arrived 1 day after our family had left for a vacation. I was hoping to use my purchase on vacation so when I returned home I emailed customer service to return my item and was told the return window was 15 days and I was one day too late. I explained my situation and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried again to speak to a manager and was told again there was nothing that could be done. I am beyond frustrated. This product was also shipped to me from China.

I would give them a negative if I could. After trying to haggle me to keep the $100+ worth of swimsuits I ordered-offering me like $18 to keep them, I knew this was going to be trouble. After paying almost $50 to return them to China, they returned my package to sender. After contacting them again, they again offered me like $18 dollars. Do not buy from them!

Cute swimwear that looks a little better in pictures than in person but the price is well worth it. If you order directly from the website it's takes about 3wks to arrive as it's coming from China. You save about $10 per suite and possible free shipping and delivery time by ordering on Amazon, plus free returns if you order with prime.

The beach clothes have a very good quality and the shipping was really quick so I'm very happy with the service

I ordered a bathing suite from Beachissi. I read the return instructions and while it mentions you can return within 15 days, it does not say the return will have to go back to CHINA and will cost more than you paid for the item to do so. They offer you the option of 10% to keep the item without a return. I let them know I would not be ordering from them again because they don't clearly state the returning issue.

Buyer beware! Only has a 15 day refund policy! Bought clothes for my wife for Christmas and she didn't like the products because of the quality of the material. Customer service stated I couldn't get a refund because of their policy. I definitely will not be using this company in the future. My lesson learned will hopefully be your gain.

Ordered swimwear; looks awesome but unfortunately I made an error on the shipping address. My order ended going back and now they tell me I must pay $48.00 to have it re-shipped. My order was only $154. (bathing suits). I am now stuck to pay almost 1/3 of the cost of my order to get it. They did not offer me a refund. Beware and check your shipping details.

Do not order anything from this company. It comes from China and if it doesn't fit, it must be returned to China. The cost of returning stuff is astronomical. They don't tell you that until you're need to return something for credit horrible company. If you're lucky that something fits great if not you lose out they want to give you $30 and you can keep the crap that doesn't fit you or you can return it to China for over the amount of and it takes over a month to get to them if it even does. And then they'll determine whether or not it can be returned. Stay away

This company is horrible, and if I could give them no stars it would be too many! I ordered 200.00 worth of items that came late from China, I sent the unopened package back in July and still in December a person named Ivy and Leon is telling me customs in China sent it back. I don't want the merchandise back, I wanted a refund. Ivy even asked me to change a review. I have no tracking and Leon's story keeps changing. Visa is now helping me and said they have a lot of issues with this company and how they handle returns. Visa said Beachsissi has a warehouse in the US but they won't accept returns there, only to China... what a waste of my time, and Visa's time. Do not order from them unless you know you are keeping there poorly made swimwear! I added a bit of the email chain so if you return an item you can see what you are in for, plus pricy shipping ran 80.00 from USPS.

There is no such thing as a return to Beachsissi. Extremely high cost to ship + no tracking available past the border of China = not possible to properly return items. Quality of products is low. A few items are acceptable and others are just trash. Bra pads are small and obtrusive. Fabrics are meh. Sure there's a market for cheap clothing but if these are considered that, then they are way overpriced. Their $30 dresses should be $15.

I've got two fabulous swim suits from this site I love it! Always something a bit different, fair price and fit is good to. Great quality am thrilled thank you. I understand post is a little longer but order in plenty of time you won't be disappointed. Can't recommend Beachsis enough fab!

These suits are such good quality. They look so good and flatter my body sooo well. In love with both of the suits I ordered :)

I have 4 swimsuits from Beachsissi. All are different style for any occasion and mood. With good quality and comfortable. Colors stay the same after washing. True to size.
