“Ripped off!”

Ordered a $97.99 beach canopy end of June, now August and have not received but they certainly have my money! Do not order anything from this company. They list Kentucky on the web site and tell credit card company Milwaukee, Wis. So you think this is where the warehouse is, wrong! Shipping starts in SHENZHEN (where ever this is!) and your never get your order. WHAT A SCAM! Would prefer give NO STARS.

The webpage shows Erlanger, KY for their location but all ships from China. The sail arrived with tears in the perimeter fabric because a connector broke. They shipped in a non padded envelope from China. After I contacted them they actually asked for a video of the problem. No thanks! The site shipping info was deceptive until I placed the order.

I ordered a blow up chair, which does not work as advertised (we never got it to blow up). I'm lucky it even came based on the other reviews. I started the return process and they advised me that I could keep it and order something else. So I did. Yea, that's never coming. I wish I would have sent the $50 item back but who knows if I ever would have got my money. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered a Kaysk sail. Csme with no directions, no invoice, no return policy. Ropes like shoe laces to tie the sail on. DON'T BUT IT. They offer NO HELP. Came wrapped in what looked like a black garbage bag.

This site is a joke! A big classic scam!
The product is not worth $2 they sent a ripped product, ripped tent! I ordered a tent and a sandleas beach towel/Matt x2!
It took 3 months to receive. It came directly from China! I do not recommend anyone do any business with such a company. Garbage at its finest!

I ordered a beach canopy and it took 3 weeks to receive which was not in time for my beach vacation. Other family members also purchased one and we tried to use it on the beach. It does not accommodate up to 4 adults as advertised, you can only use low sand chairs under it because there is not enough clearance for a regular beach chair, it does not have UV protection as advertised, and the poles are so flimsy they collapse in wind stronger than a gentle breeze. You cannot return the product unless it is broken or defective. So, my advise is don't buy any of their products. Do more research and purchase this type of canopy from someone else with good "customer service" and a return policy geared towards the consumer. There are better quality beach canopies for less money with great customer service. Beware of Beachbe!

This mat does not come with the handy carrying bag as advertised in the Beachbe video. As their site says, 100% satisfaction guaranteedalso false! 30 days to return? But you must be in town when it arrives. The mat took 13 days to arrive! By that time I was away for the 4th of July. When I returned home it had been delivered 12 days earlier. I see Beachbe expects their customers to stay home until they deliver because you only have 7 days to let them know you hate their product. Do yourself a favor and order a sand free mat on Amazon at the same price and in a convenient carrying bag with 6 metal loops and stakes to hold it down. Plus, much more pro-consumer, friendly caring service unlike Beachbe!

Beachbe is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a tent that had one number wrong in the address no problem). I went to my local post office and they informed me that they had the tent and it was returned to sender. I have reached out over 20 times trying to talk to someone to let them know that their tent was returned to to them and please refund me or send a new tent. Not only can I not get ahold of a ACTUAL person at Beachbe but get the same generic auto-populate response every time. They refuse to talk to me and have STOLEN my money because they now have their unused/unopened inventory back.

I unfortunately ordered multiple items from this company which are, as the other reviews stated, cheap, poorly packaged, incomplete, and shipped directly from China. They also sent me over ten emails urging me to use a discount offer which apparently was no longer valid. NOWHERE did it say the offer was one-time only, and they kept sending it over and over. After finally receiving the items I DID order I'm glad I didn't make the purchase, but I got no response for over a week. They claim to return messages in 24 hours. It took 6 days and five emails to get ANY response. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS SUBSTANDARD AND I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE NOT TO SO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

It should be no stars. This place is a scam. I ordered, and they charge my credit card, two months ago. I received no communications, no confirmations and nothing was delivered. You call the number and nobody answers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They will take you money and run.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT order from BeachBe. This is a scam company that ships damaged goods and doesn't have legitimate customer service. The delivery came in a TRASH BAG and they refused to refund for damaged goods since not under 'warranty' coverage. Complete and utter scam.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND CS! This company is not located in the USA. They make it seem like they're located in the US, but customers service and the warehouse is in China. No one ever answers the phone and they take 24-48 hours to respond to any email. Also, they don't read the emails properly - I have to repeat the question and then wait another 48 hours. Go to Amazon or a company that is local and purchase one for the same price with extra poles and pegs (they don't include in your purchase). When I finally received the item it was stained. They didn't want to return it for a refund and had the nerve to ask me to pay for shipping back when the warehouse sent me the stained item. They wouldn't budge on paying for the return shipping and would only send me a replacement. I would've sent it back for a refund, but the amount the shipping would cost, it wasn't worth it. I've never had a defective product sent to me and the company ask me to pay to return it. I ended up purchasing a better quality from Amazon and donating this tent.

To: BBB regarding lack of refund complaint against Beachbe.com

On August 12, I ordered a beach canopy online from Beachbe.com (they also go by nueby.com) for the price of $97.99. I had talked to their customer service and they said that the shipping would take 8-10 days. I needed the product no later than 8/29 for a trip my family was taking.
The product did not arrive until 9/4 (shipped via USPS) so when we returned from our vacation, I chose to return the product for refund.
The product was not boxed – it was wrapped in an envelope and to prepare for shipping back I simply taped a letter over the top of the original shipping label. That letter identified me, the order reference number on the label and contact information. I also put a copy of the letter inside the packaging (I did not open up the product). I mailed it back to the shipping address on 9/10 and my USPS trace said that the package was accepted at the Beachbe.com shipping facility on 9/12.
After 10 days I contacted Beachbe customer service via email and was advised that I would not get a refund because I did not follow the proper procedure. I was supposed to call their customer service and get a return tag to send it to their returns department. They also referred me to their return procedure. Here is the link: https://nueby.com/pages/returns-refunds. Procedure. When I looked at the document I was stunned. If you read this document, you can see that they go to great extents to make returns difficult. Some examples in the doc from the above link:
• We do not accept exchanges or refunds for purchases that were mistakenly ordered with the wrong options such as color and size.
• It is not possible for us to return items back to our Suppliers who are located all over the world as the management and shipping costs are prohibitive.
• If an item is defective they instruct you to ship it to CHINA for a refund.
I had several interchanges with Beachbe customer service and explained what I had done and they would simply not accept the premise that the shipping address could handle the returned item. That is ridiculous in this day and age of ecommerce. I understand that I made a mistake but they would provide no refund, not would they resend the product back to me. So I am now out $120 (cost of product plus return shipping) and the supplier will not budge on a credit. I think this is poor customer treatment. They have my money and now they have their product back in pristine condition. I deserve the full refund of $97.99 from this company
