Great communication, fast shipping and it looked perfect. Very good quality, I would definitely buy again
I fell in love with a moissanite ring from BBBGEM while looking for an engagement ring. My now husband bought the ring in Dec. 2021 and proposed in early 2022. My ring arrived from BBBGEM with a Charles & Colvard warranty card for free repairs or replacements, which I immediately entered into the Charles & Colvard website, and it was accepted. I was very protective of the ring and felt good knowing that we had the warranty just in case. Then two months before our wedding (March, 2023), I noticed that the center stone, a moissanite, had chipped. I was distraught. I immediately contacted Charles & Colvard about the warranty, and they told us it would be easiest to contact the seller and have them handle the situation. My husband immediately emailed BBBGEM (they don't have a customer service number - red flag number 1), who's suggested solution was for us to buy a new moissonite stone from them. No way - we had already spent a lot of money on the ring. Plus at that point, we weren't totally sure we trusted the quality of their stones given that this other one had just chipped (even with me being so careful with it). We recontacted Charles & Colvard and let them know that BBBGEM wouldn't help us get it replaced via the warranty, and that we would rather go through them. I had to get the center stone removed from the setting by a local jeweler and shipped it to Charles & Colvard to have it either repaired or replaced. Charles & Colvard contacted me a few days later to let me know that they would be shipping the stone back to me because "Unfortunately, upon inspection of the gemstone, it has been determined that this is not a Charles & Colvard moissanite gemstone. There is an inscription on the girdle of the stone that has not been seen before [stone number]. Our Forever One gemstones (4mm or larger) will be engraved on the girdle of the stone with "Forever One" for DEF colorless and "Forever One NC" for GHI near-colorless. We recommend contacting your place of purchase in regards to your purchase." I'm so confused and beginning to panic at this point. After speaking with a Charles & Colvard customer service rep, we determine that BBBGEM somehow got ahold off a REAL Charles & Colvard warranty card and sent it out with my ring, passing off the center stone as something it was not, AND that they are not even one of Charles & Colvard's partner sellers. Now I am distraught, panicked, AND livid. My husband and I email BBBGEM multiple times explaining the situation and asking to speak to someone on the phone. BBBGEM completely ghosted us - we never received a response to any of our emails. In the meantime, I've not been able to wear my ring for almost 3 weeks and it's just over a month until our wedding. I bring the setting back to my local jewelry store and they are kind enough to order a new stone for me in the same size as the original (5x7mm). I get a call a couple days later and long story short, BBBGEM had put a 5x7mm ring in a setting that was only meant for a 4x6mm ring, leaving it over exposed to bumps and scratches, and at risk of falling out more easily. In short, BBBGEM lied about the center stone's origins AND sold us a poor quality setting. In all, not only did I end up having to pay to get the center stone removed from the setting and then shipped to Charles & Colvard, and paid for a whole new center stone, my ring looks different and is different than it was originally due to having a different center stone. It's not the exact same ring my husband proposed to me with and it never will be. We will never get that opportunity back. I believe as much as anyone that an engagement is way more than a ring, but I'm also very sentimental and feel I have a right to be when it comes to this ring that means so much to me. I will never get my original ring back. The ring I wear will never be same as it was on the day my husband proposed, and I will always be sad about that. BBBGEM put us through so much heartache, and when we figured out what they did and called them out, they essentially put their hands over their ears and pretended not to hear us. What kind of company, especially one that sells engagements rings, would do that to someone? When it has to do with such a momentous occasion such as getting engaged and married? I feel cheated, violated, so angry, and so sad. I will certainly never buy from this company again and will do everything I can to alert other couples not to as well. I urge you, please do not make the same mistake we did. Do not buy from BBBGEM. Save yourself the heartache. P.S. My husband tried to leave a review with our story already, and BBBGEM flagged it as a fake review and got it taken off their site. If that doesn't tell you what kind of character this company has then I don't know what will.

The alexandrite is perfect. I wish I could capture the different colors it turns in different lighting. This ring was worth the wait! Thank you so much for bringing my ring to life for me! I am over the moon!

After months of research into moissanite, I placed my order with BBB Gem. After receiving my ring (through regular, uninsured mail, I might add) I was thrilled. It was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, that didnt last long. 70 days after receiving my ring, one of the 4 prongs holding my stone broke completely from the ring and my stone was lost. After emailing the company (as there is no phone number provided) and providing the photos they requested, they would not standy by their craftsmanship. I was told I shouldn't have worn the ring for "manual labor such as house work or taking bath". (My ring was never worn during physical activity.) They told me I would have to buy a replacement stone and have a local jeweler make the repairs. However, the link they provided for a "discounted replacement stone" was not a working link. Faulty craftsmanship, terrible customer service. Would never recommend.
