I bought two sets of 4 batteries through Amazon from these people. All along they were claiming that the batteries are USA manufactured and has 2 years of warranty. One set went bad and was not accepting charge any more. Their return and warranty policy is a lie and very convoluted. They want you to take a voltage and take a picture of it and send it to them. They also switched their original warranty to one year after a few months. I would NOT trust them since they also sent the second set a Vietnamese made set and I missed that till they were NOT accepting charge any more and went bad on me. Don't waste your money on these people. They wont honor their commitment and the quality of the products are junk.

This website takes your money and does not ship the product. They promised me the batteries for 2 weeks. Then they sent me a fake shipping confirmation. They make it seem real because they respond to all your emails and keep promising they will ship out the product. However, the product never comes. I had to get my money back through my credit card. Buyer beware.

Was looking for a battery for my 1990 Kawasaki EX500-A. Their interchange showed 3 batteries for that application, one for a later model EX500, and two for a 1987-93 Kawasaki EX500. Unfortunately, I picked the wrong one. They would not acknowledge their mistake in their catalog and only offered paying half of the return shipping of the wrong battery. They have since corrected their catalog to only reflect the correct battery for my application. Their name fits the way they do business... I will never buy from these people again.

Update 1- battery arrived at the 11 day mark after reaching out to customer service (they did say the USPS was behind on updates but dropped off the battery the same day at 906PM).
Battery came in proper shape and no damages.
First postingSeems like its common to wait on shipping. Ordered on Dec 20th.8 days later still nothing shipped (but at least they made a USPS label but never dropped anything off.
Ill give them a couple more days to ship before I dispute the charge on my credit card and file a complaint with BBB.
Sitejabber...seems you all have the only positive...google reviews are all negative and wish I would have looked there first.

For approx 10 years My wife and I both bought batteries for scooters and a wheel Chair. Very good prices and friendly staff. I even wrote 5 star reviews BUT I finally had a problem, they were still friendly telling me a test with photo they needed to replace ( as it turned out only one of 2 batteries were defective) they sent them about 10 days prior and then they wanted another pictured test and then they suggested another. I finally gave up. Even after charging overnight battery status indicator on chair would go from green lights to only yellow lights after 45minutes of use. Over the years on two previous sets of batteries I could run for 1 3/4 hours and still have one green light left and batteries were 1 to 2 years old. So go ahead buy from this company as you save money but do not expect any warranty replacement when you deal with Battery Sharks. I will attach copy of invoice slip to show I'm a customer, and who knows when they see my customer and order ID maybe they will have change of heart and if so I will be happy to give another good review :). I ordered a battery for my 2001 Hayabusa the battery terminals that they sent me on their battery we're facing the wrong way. I called and spoke to a sales representative Anthony he was completely rude refused to take the battery on a return kept Telling me he was going to send an email with the return instructions and label never did after six phone calls and 12 emails still no response from the company. Do not under any circumstances buy a battery from this company. They are a scam you're not calling this country when you call they lie do not help and send you a generic battery that is not specifically for your motorcycle. They have the worst customer service and return policy and warranty policy out of any company I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor and go to a different company like batterymart.com or something like that where you can actually return it or even go to the store. This company you're calling in the air and they lie and they have no idea about motorcycles or batteries or vehicles or anything else they have no knowledge just what they're reading on the computer. And the battery is subpar cheaply made and when I tested it it wasn't even at 12 V but it's useless because the battery terminals are facing the wrong way it's just a generic battery that they sent to you for every motorcycle it's not specifically for your bike.

Great store. Received the goods, very satisfied. Everything is well and neatly packaged. Would recommend the store to anyone.
