Very easy to navigate and check out. I was very happy to find some favorite battery operated Candle Impressions candles here. I look forward to receiving them! Update: Yay... I received my order quickly and I'm enjoying my new candles, with a few set aside as gifts. I was really impressed with how they made sure each item was securely wrapped and protected from damage. I will certainly order again and I've shared their website with friends and family.
I ordered online two (5201-76) battery operated COUNTRY candles 6" $8.95/ea., flicker bulb, 64" cord, fluted base! What arrived was (two 2) Primative (5201-76B) 4.5", flat base, non-flicker bulb, with a 60" cord@ $9.85/each. Attempted to converse with "customer service rep", who was beyond rude and condescending, telling me, "they had a snow storm, she was the only one there, etc, etc." She was totally detached in listening to my problem, talking down to me, talking "over" me and just wouldn't LISTEN. When I finally got to state my issue, she told me "You ordered what you got!" What I got was NOTHING like what I ordered! I know EXACTLY what I ordered because I printed out picture. She initially hung up on me, I immediately called back! Again RUDE, rude, rude! She tells me "you're not listening to me!" Absolute disgraceful behavior. She snaps at me "BARKING: "I'm just going to send you a return label" I said "Thank you"-again she hung up in my ear! Customer service is non-existence at this facility. Could not include photos on this site-tried x 5, that's my limit! I then read reviews on Battery Operated Candles, apparently this company is notorious for their putting people off once the sale is made. My advice would be NOT to do business with this company-they do not want to stand by their products!

Don't order from this company- if anything is wrong with the order/product, they are not receptive to helping you!!!! Read the reviews!

None! The company played a "bait & switch" for a more expensive item that was NOT what I ordered!!!
We have had battery operated candles with the dual light bulbs, for years. I ordered 5 more candles and more dual light bulbs. When I opened the candles today, I was extremely disappointed. At first I thought they were plastic. I think they are just very thin piece of metal. Our old ones are heavy brass and we have loved them. These are quite inferior and we are just very disappointed they have let that happen to their product.
Nice selection of battery operated decorations. I'm not a fan of exposed electrical cords. I believe my exposed wire problem is resolved!
This is the second time I've made this purchase. I think the shipping is a bit high for such a light-weight package, but I only wanted four again. So for that, I thank you!
Sarah is awesome! She returned my call and answered all of my questions, including checked on sizes regarding the tree (base height would be helpful to add to the site.) Great customer service!

Shopping was very good, except couldn't find where to leave a gift message. Also, since it's a gift, I didn't get to see the actual item.

I have been looking everywhere for a musical, lighted, continuous snow, cardinal snow globe. I was thrilled to find it here and for a very reasonable price. I am hoping the item is as great as it appears on the website. I am mailing directly to mom, so she will have to let me know. She will be surprised & thrilled. Shopping & check out went very smooth.
I have never shopped your site before so I can't say much other than it was easy to order. The only thing l did not like was there were no options for shipping so I have no idea when to expect my order.

great experience so far, I ordered this product back in 2015 and it no longer works but, was fine for 3+ years ,so I'm buying another one, hope this one works as well!
Have had these window candles for nearly 20 years. Love them!!! Please do not stop offering them...and replacement bulbs.
Love your products but wish you would not use styrofoam peanuts in pkg.. So hard to handle and very few companies use them anymore.
