The battery I ordered had to be ordered by BatteryClerk. Thus it took almost two weeks to get a battery. Usually when you need a battery you need it now.

The Product took longer then promised wasn't told that extra money's spent for shipping that would only come in effect when the product arrived from overseas to the warehouse in Olklahoma.d
I ordered two replacement batteries, which were shipped USPS. When I received them, I noticed something disturbing. They had been placed face-to-face in the shipping box, and their battery terminals had obviously banged into each other during shipping.
While the terminals originally had had plastic tabs placed over them, three of those tabs had come off during shipping. Consequently, the three exposed ones were smashed down flat to the tops of the batteries. I managed to pry them back up.
I then realized what could have happened if all four plastic tabs had fallen off. Since the two batteries were facing each other-i.e., the plus and negative terminals on one was very close to their opposite counterparts on the other-they were one tab away from creating a short circuit. If that had happened, the batteries would have likely exploded and caused a fire.
Please reconsider how you ship your batterie in the future.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
