The shopping was a breeze and customer service responded to me right away. I just thought it was a little misleading that the website said 2 day shipping to most places and mine ended up taking a lot longer. I probably still would have bought the batteries regardless...it's just the way the expectation was set. Had it said "ships in ten business days" or something like that, I would have been prepared to wait instead of worrying/wondering what happened to the batteries and contacting customer service.
So far so good.
After getting a confirmation that my order had been received, I had no idea if the item was in stock or not and no estimate was provided of when it might ship. A week later, I was informed it was shipping. I've ordered this battery before from other vendors and was kept informed at every stage.
That's pretty subpar for an online store in my opinion. Would not use again.
My Item took way to long to arrive and at one point i was given a tracking number that said my item was delivered, but I hadn't received it yet. I finally got it, but it was not without issues...

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
