Great way to order the batteries. Only problem I had was that it took 21 days from the time I ordered the batteries until I finally got them by UPS. I see the batteries were made in China (like most things these days) but were they shipped from China to take 21 days for me to get them?
Easy to find what I need, fair price. Battery has totally revived my old Sena SMH10, and the replacement was easy since I didn't have to solder a new connection on.

Great price! But...my 2-3 day shipping turned into 3 weeks shipping. If I had not followed up, I would probably still be waiting. I was given a very lame excuse about the extra 3 weeks was due to them having to "wait for the batteries to arrive from their supplier so they can check to make sure they work". No acknowledgement of responsibility on their part that they just dropped the ball. Everybody makes mistakes. This company failed to admit it and make it right.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
