The battery failed to match the product description. The battery did not fit the telephone that it was supposed to fit. This was a big disappointment.

I did receive my batteries, but it took longer than I expected. The website noted that the batteries would be shipped in 4 to 7 days. It actually took nearly 3 weeks. I texted customer service twice--when I gave them a deadline and told them I would have to cancel my order after that, suddenly the batteries were available and were shipped. I hope it wasn't just a coincidence.
