I have returned the product because i cannot use it.
Took longer to ship than I thought but that was a misunderstanding on my part. Future buyers should just understand that some batteries are not in stock and the company has to order them before the battery is shipped to you.
You had what I needed to make a repair without a lengthy search. I was, however, disappointed with the amount of time it took to receive the battery. It was ordered on January 8 and delivered on January 24. That's twelve business days or a total of 16 days. It arrived in good condition and is working fine. I would have given you 5 stars had it not been for the lengthy waiting period. For a small object such as the battery needed had you sent it by USPS and not UPS it would have arrived much sooner if sent first class.
The PSVita battery that I ordered worked great. It took a long time to get it though and we didn't get an ETA on when it was going to get here.

I worked with customer service to find the battery that would fit my Ryobi mulcher lawn mower however the one but I was told should fit did fit physically but does not work I don't know if the battery is bad or if it's the wrong battery

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
