I ordered a battery online thinking it would arrive before l could get to the store to purchase one. To my dismay l had to contact customer service 3 times to find out when or if I'd ever receive the new battery Three weeks, in my opinion, is way more time than the arrival of one battery should take. It cost me over $13 and l could've got it at a retail store for around $7
