Yes, after about a week I didn't hear anything about my order. Movement on the order only began after I downloaded the tracking app and asked about the status of the order, only then did the ball seem to get rolling

Product arrived in a timely manner. There was not sufficient packaging to protect the terminal which resulted in two of them being flattened. I was able to restore them to a usable condition without any apparent damage. Other providers package them with a rigid protective cover.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
