The plastic shell did not fit into my unit,but i managed to temove the batterie package anu use the old shell,and it fitts,so all is well thanks.

Picking process is entirely too slow, batteries like the ones I order for my clients, due to failed emergency lighting, takes way too long to process and ship orders. Others are a bit more expensive but they normally ship by the next day. I will no longer look into this company for my business needs.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
