Only complaint was that I paid extra for expedited shipping and received the product later than was expected.

The alarm battery was installed and after a short period for charging, it was up and running. It is now working! Thank you, Elaine F.

Delivery took quite some time but every time i asked for a status I received a prompt update explaining why the delivery time was so long, and in my case was because a battery was being newly manufactured to be fresh upon arrival.

I may give higher stars when and if I receive my order in a timely matter. Hopefully the order will be delivered in less than 2 weeks.
