I found some very cheap ultima batteries at this site and was very excited. They were $50 cheaper than anywhere else and gave a discount for buying more than one at a go (I was purchasing 4). Plus to sweeten the deal they had free shipping. I couldn't believe my luck... and I shouldn't have. After not recieving anything for 2 weeks I wrote the company an e-mail. They responded promptly saying that they would look into it. I got an e-mail back the next day saying my batteries would be shipped that week. I then wrote them at the end of the week to confirm shipment and perhaps receive a tracking number... nothing. Another week passed and still no batteries, so I called. I got a guy on the phone and he said he had been in the hospital and didn't know anything about it, but would look into it and call me back. Two days pass and nothing. I call and leave messages and e-mail... nothing. After a month of this I call and leave message and send ane-mail threatening to call the better business bureau and dispute the charges with my cc company if they don't get in touch... nothing. What have I learned... do your homework and never trust a too good to be true deal.
