There were no indications that the batteries were out of stock or that there would be any trouble with my order. It has been a week and my order still says "Unfulfilled" on the website, but of course they charged my card immediately. I emailed "customer service" but have gotten no response. If you decide to order from them, keep your expectations extremely low.

The procedure to place the warranty is so useless. They claimed to check the battery and replace only if the battery is not working at all. And giving back the same spoiled battery. Makes me twice to be stand by the road side with kids and baby.! A replacement is must within the warranty period. Battery.com failed to do so. Everytime checking they charge us rm30. What kind of warranty service is this? Battery no value. Not worth buying as no quality!
I needed a new battery for my pc ad I managed to get one at a very affordable price. It has bee working fine and I have not noticed any problems with it. It is origial and of high qulaity. I was worried tha I would some fake battery or something like that but I was proved wrong.

On 03/27/2019, my wife underwent a triple bypass at Methodist Hospital in downtown Houston. Our appointment was at 6:00am, so we rented a room at a nearby hotel for the night before, to avoid the 1.5 hour commute the following morning. The day did not start off well. I was driving, and it was dark. My wife told me I was missing the exit we needed to take. In a rush, I swerved over (not seeing the curb before it). Needless to say, I dropped my wife where she needed to be at the hospital (barely making it as both front and rear tires were flat. I spent the first half of the day getting to a car and tire place. The next morning my phone charger portal was melted. I went to 3 locations before ending up at your store, and Ms Hirsch came to my aid. She took it back in the shop and worked on it for about 45 minutes, and had fixed it! I can't tell you how tired and then relieved I felt, and she didn't even charge me labor. I bought a nice flashlight, and a battery cord as a thank you to her! I had never been to your store before, but will the next time I need help or something I need. You now have a customer for life! I thank Ms. Hirsch, and if had a competitive store, I would definitely pay her double her salary to work for me! It's employees like her that can really do so much to help a person who needs their help as well as the companies good reputation!
