Still waiting on an order placed online 6 weeks ago. No response from customer service to emails. Payment was processed a month ago. Having to dispute this with my credit co now. Boo, New Era blows
I ordered a cap for my son - I saw they had the wrong shipping address - can't call only emails - guess what - they don't answer emails promptly - by the time they did the cap was sent out to the wrong address. To which they said oops, you should read our website about wrong addresses. Really, you can't call, you don't answer emails - what are you supposed to do. Stay away from them.
Love their products, HATE (HATE! HATE! HATE!) their service! Placed order on May 3rd, order didn't ship until May 9th, and it took another 9-10 days to be delivered. Just ridiculous!
I ordered 4 hats and one of them didn't fit me when I tried to return it they were charging me $8.00 I will never order from this site ever again

Whatever you do, do not purchase from these people. No phone contact, no refund until after you receive an item, even if you cancel within 5 minutes, like I did. They will tell you, you have to receive the item, then return it for a refund. WHAT A SCAM. WATCH OUT FOLKS. BE CAREFUL.
Especially when some people can't afford to purchase that much. 99% of all other companies give the refund tab to be able to cancel right away, so that you are not under a burden in charges. I can never recommend a company that is so incompetent. Ridiculous.
I should have done some research but i got scammed for $64.64, wanted to buy a hat so please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS (Neweranewzealands.com) WEBSITE. No confirmation email to confirm your order, tried to send messages but wouldn't go through. Purchased on 1/4/22. Wanted a no star rating because it's false website

I ordered one hat that was $8.99, they charged me $30 twice and I emailed the company many times and they have not answered me. They will take your money. I am down $60 and probably won't get the product.
Disgusting. Have emailed them twice. My order total was $41 usd. I was charged twice and two different amounts. So what should have been about $65nz I was charged about $140nzd! I'm outraged
Ordered a $10 hat, after other costs the total was $25. Took about 2 months for my order to arrive AND THEY SENT ME A BRACELET! Cannot get a hold of them for a refund. Don't waste your money!
These are scammers, do not buy here. The rogues will steal your money and will be silent. There are no contacts on the website, no one answers your emails. I lost my money and I hope the site will be closed!

This website depicts itself as NewEra, a US company but it is a hack. I ordered $58 worth of product in October have inquired several times and no response for almost 90 days!
