Claim Your BusinessSo I've been shopping at Bashas for 30 plus years. I've had employees stop what they were doing to find a product for me. In this time of employee shortages I thought there goes Bashas' personal touch but I'm not sure who runs the training program but congratulations. My only complaint is their flowers. They don't last more than 2.5 days. They are wonderful at replacing them but their replacement lasts 2.5 days
My friend & I shop together & we've both had problems w/Basha's at this location. She's been repeatedly overcharged, as the scanning system is not kept up-to-date. This evening the Cashier didn't use her Club Card + there was no manager on duty or even in the store, so the clerk needed to call a manager at home for instruction. My problem was that there was no handicap cart charged & ready for use. This was the 3rd time in a row that this has happened to me. The 2nd time I spoke w/a manager & he said he would follow-up on this matter. Does Basha's not care about their customers w/mobility issues?!

I just received my first delivery from Bahsas'. Some of the items were acceptable but the produce was spoiled. Beware before you order.
Rude meat dept. Guy argued with me when I inquired why the price per lb. wasnt listed on the label and then folled me to the c/s desk and continued to argue.

Tip for consumers:
Go to Costco for flowers. Go to Basha’s for service and groceries.
Bashas on power road... I wonder if the owners know that you lose business due to that country music you insist on playing there. I will always choose albertsons
Basha's is an Arizona home grown store. (started by an immigrant, ironically.) They have by far the best selection of health food of the larger grocery stores in Sedona, and a good meat and seafood department.
Brothers Ike and Eddie Basha founded Bashas' in 1932 with the help of their mother and six sisters. Today, we're known for made-from-scratch bakery items, a full-service butcher shop, fresh local produce and an unparalleled commitment to the community...
