I got a custom order and I sent a photo of a previous font. They were able to match which was great but it was still two-town initials instead of one solid. It still looks fine especially not close up just wasn't what I expected.
Can't wait to give these!

I had two issues with your website. I wanted to order gifts and have them sent directly to different recipients. Your website does not support this feature which is a nuisance. I also wanted to bundle my order to take advantage of a greater discount. In order to do this I had to have these gifts sent to me and then pay to send them to their final destinations all of which made for a less than ideal shopping experience which I will not be repeating.
Absolutely loved my purchase. However, it was delayed in delivery.

I purchased the St Anne tote for myself in September and almost immediately decided that I would buy two more, one for each of my sisters, for Christmas! This is a great tote, well made, good size, and the nylon material makes it easy to maintain and keep in good condition. I hope they enjoy them as much as I have enjoyed mine!
