I am returning the item for full credit. It is very disappointing since it looks like vinyl & not like the website. Too expensive! Was meant as a Christmas gift & now have to find something else.

I returned the first tote only because I wasn't as in love with the pattern as I thought I would be. Customer service was very quick to respond and help me with necessary steps to reordering a different pattern which I Love. It's the green camo tote!
Only con would be shipping time, allow 10days for delivery.

The only thing I wish was different: the material is more fabric-y than I thought. I wish it was more coated like Jon Hart! I would buy a lot more stuff if it was. But overall great product!
