I did call on an earlier order-about the time it was taking to arrive here. The woman I spoke to was very nice and helpful.
I subsequently ordered another one. One recommendation is that on the petit bags, or any bag, there be an exterior pocket for keys or small notepad, etc. It would be hugely helpful!

I ordered a bag for a last minute beach trip and was worried about it coming in on time with the 14 day shipping. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately with a tracking number letting me know it was already on the way. My bag ended up coming in less than a week and was packaged beautifully! I could not love it more and will be ordering many more for different events.
