There are some products that I would have liked without a monogram (and that was not an option, I emailed and asked). I'm surprised if this is not a deal breaker for certain customers. Further, the response that I received was that the products were not able to be made without personalization which makes so sense. I own a company that offers personalization across a range of products. I know that a monogram is a function of ones website and does not have anything to do with product construction.
